Apocalypse Update: AustraliaThe Reapers have come. They obviously weren't prepared as the kangaroos are beating up brutes. Drop bears are ambushing unwary husks. The bunyips are dragging cannibals underwater. The snakes and spiders have teamed up and attacked the banshees as have the crocodiles, jellyfish and sharks. I haven't seen a single marauder escape their clutches. It's bushfire season on one side of the continent and flooding on the other. This is the worst Reaper invasion ever.
ME3: MemoryTime to step up and do our part for the rest of the galaxy... Win or lose it all in the next few minutes...  More powerful than any weapon, stronger than any ship... Can't be taken or destroyed...

I shifted in and out of consciousness at first but I soon discovered I had a bitch of a headache and I was pretty awake after that. How much did I drink? I cracked one blurry eye open. Where the hell was I? It looked like a makeshift hospital, but that couldn't be right. I groaned as the headache pulsed again.
"Doc, she's awake," said a voice.
I heard someone enter, their shoes clicking on the floor, "Commander, you're awake. How do you feel

"Anything."
"Never leave me. Don't let me fall."
"I will catch you before that happens."
Shepard smiled and kissed him before settling back down on her side, her arms wrapped around him.

It was one year. One year today that she died. Commander Skylar Shepard died. Kaidan downed the vodka shot before motioning to the bartender for a refill. Her face. Her perfect face haunted his nightmares. How many times had he imagined that moment when she ordered him onto that escape pod? She had fallen and he wasn't there to catch her. Another movie reference, this time to Disney's 'Princess and the Frog'. Keith David, voice actor of Anderson is also the voice actor of Doctor Facilier. If you can't read the writing it says
Anderson: Well this is a goddamn mess!
Shepard: You can't blame yourself, Anderson.
Anderson: I guess it's a good thing...

It's fine. Dr Facilier does say once, I've got friends on the other side, at the beginning of the song
Don't you disrespect me little man!

It also seemed to fit the context better.
